Debbie King is mom to three boys, (ages 25,15, and 10) and happily married to her husband Mike. She enjoys homeschooling, raising chicken and turkeys, riding bikes, reading, scrapbooking, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends. Along with teaching at Maverick she works full time as a chemist. She is on her 28th year of working on the bench!
Debbie has a BA degree in biology, an associates degree in forensic science, and half a degree in special education. She is completing her first level in IEW certification.
Debbie is striving to get her kids ready for college. She is excited to be sharing her experiences in science with other children and families and creating a fun learning environment.
Francesca Cooper sees her self as a life-long learner. She enjoys reading and playing her guitar. One pf her passions in life is literature! She loves to help students apply classics to their modern lives.
Francesca is returning to Missouri Baptist University to complete her special education degree. She is also about to complete her second level as an IEW Certified Instructor.
As a life learner, Francesca hopes to finish her degree and spend time this school year attending school-leader conferences
I live in Troy with my daughter. I enjoy working in my yard, cooking, spending time with family, and volunteering at church. I love teaching and working with young people and an excited about this adventure.
BS in Spanish secondary education from Southeast Missouri State University and a masters degree in administration education from William Woods University. I am certified in teaching Spanish grades K-12.
